Fetes, fairs and festivals
What could be better than pottery painting at a festival! Often a real talking point, we bring a selection of pottery pieces, attendees paint what they'd like and then collect from either Blandford or Shaftesbury when we call to let you know they're ready for collection. Postage can be arranged for anyone who is visiting from outside of Dorset.

The sky's the limit with what we can do, we love being creative after all. We could do paw prints at dog shows (they'd make fantastic winner prizes!), royalty-themed pieces at royal celebration events as keepsakes, or Christmas ornaments at Christmas fayres.

Top tip when you're booking us for summer fair-style events, popping us near the bar means parents get a bit of a break but are still in full view of their kidlets having a whale of a time splashing paints about!

Do you have a fun idea for us to help with? Please do get in touch with Sophie, she'll be happy to talk through some options with you!

workshops in the community
One of the things that gets us up in the morning, is the drive to make pottery painting accessible to as many people as possible. Not just because it's fun, but it's therapeutic, and a great way to socialise and keep the brain active, too.

You're more than welcome to come to us, but we can also come to you. Residential homes, community groups, holiday camps, schools, Girl Guides/ Scout groups - you name it, we can cater for you, and would love to meet you!

The group in the picture is The Creative Skills Hub at Sixpenny Handley, and we had an absolute blast - the pottery came out of the kiln looking gorgeous as well, their creativity was certainly flowing.

We can bring everything to you, paints, equipment, and an appropriate amount of bubbly team members to ensure everyone gets the help and attention they need.

If you're interested in booking us to come out to your group, please do get in touch for a chat - it would be great to hear from you.
Corporate team building
We can come to you, or you can come to us for private hire - either way, we're here to whip up an environment where your team feels inspired to get creative!

Pottery painting is a great activity to encourage chat while working, and quite often we find the people who are most vocal about not being able to draw anything other than the curtains, end up being the most pleased with their finished pieces!

You can either have everyone choose their own items on the day if you've chosen to visit one of our cafes, or choose several items they can choose from within a certain price bracket. This is a great option, especially if we're coming to you and there are.a lot of people taking part.

It's a fun, bonding, and encouraging activity with everyone leaving the session pleased with their achievements.

Get in touch with Sophie herself to chat about options, and plan your perfect team building session.
What our customers think
Amy Topps, Diverse Abilities
“We’ve been to quite a few pottery painting places over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best session we’ve ever had at one. The atmosphere was so calming for the children and everything was explained so well by the two lovely people who were helping us (apologies, I’m really rubbish with names!). Even during the session, I was talking to my colleague about when we would be able to plan to come back, that’s if you’ll have us of course”
Steven Driver, Venture Camps
“Sophie and her team were amazing! they managed to cater for all 68 mug painters in an engaging way. This is not an easy job with 11-14s. some of whom possibly would have never chosen to do it. we cannot stress enough how good Sophie' ceramics is!”
Leweston School
"Thank you so much for running a great pottery painting session!! Your enthusiasm and energy created a great experience!!"
